Hello there and welcome to the four week challenge of this new year! For these next four weeks it will be a love-hate relationship between you and me but with great results at the very end. A little toxic? Maybe!
For the best results with the Home version it is highly encouraged to have a resistance band and longer assistance bands in hand. If you have a set of dumbbells it would be perfect, but not required. Don’t be afraid to get a little creative when it comes to the weight you use in a set. Grab a backpack, throw some books in it, and call it a day! Once again this is a home version challenge, so we have to work with what we have. :)
This challenge it’s perfect for anybody that is not able to get to a gym currently or lacks a membership. It is also encouraged to those who are looking to get comfortable with the gym starting first at the comfort of their home. You will get stronger with this challenge while hitting all parts of the body when working out. Let’s get to toning up!
